Outline Excelon-II is a vertical scrolling shooting game which is Excel based.
All the elements of the game that I regard as being interesting are contained
within this file.

Environment of operation The software used is Excel VBA, Therefore Excel 2000 or later is required.
Also you need to enable Macros on your system to start this game.
DirectX7.0 or later is required.
Recommended OS are Windows XP, 2000, NT.
From the WinZip window extract all the files to a directory, maintaining
the directory structure included in the Zip file. Ie. The SD folder which
contains the sound effect files must be same path as the main .xls file.
How to play The controls are as follows:
To control the launcher use the Arrow keys.
To fire use the Z key.
Del key Quits the game.
The Power-ups that are available,
S increases the speed of your launcher (more manoeuvrable)
V allows continuous fire
W gives you an additional guns
N makes your ship narrower
