Basically, if you're a bit lost, WallaperList enables the user to generate an HTML index for viewing wallpaper images in any browser. When launched, all the images in a given directory appear on the screen. When you click on one of the images, this same image is displayed in a tile-like fashion across the screen and a text in various colours appears. This gives the user an idea of what the wallpaper will look like and helps to choose the best colour for the text.
