DSP Synthesizer Software

The following command runs the file:
java -jar filter.jar
Therefore you need a java virtual machine on your machine which is mostly the case if you use a Browser that uses java.

Short manual:

Morph Description
You always morph from the settings in the upper Panel to the values in the lower Panel.
Cutoff describes the edge Frequency of the filter. If this value is 100 means (for a Lowpass Filter) that it is completely open. It transfers the complete sound. If it is close to zero it nearly cuts away all of the sound.
Resonance describes how much the cutoff frequence is emphasized.
Filter Amount multiplied by the Filter Envelope plus cutoff adds to the real edge frequency of the filter. See diagram. Or play with it and you will understand it very soon:-)

    Filename:
Here you can set the name of the file you want to create with "Calculate"
    Exit:
        Exits the Program.

Edit
    Amp Envelope:

An ADSR Envelope for the Amplifier.
    Filter Envelope:
An ADSR Envelope for Filters
    Filter:
Specifying a filter: Caution: some of them have bugs inside, so better use 12 dB Lowpass with and without Resonance. Compressing lowpass works good as well.
The filters are set up in serial, that means first is the upper, down to the last This should not  make a difference.
    Oscillator:
You have the chance to layer three Waves which may be Saw, Sine, Square, Pulse and Noise.
    Effects:
Here you can set distortion, delay and energy, which is a special kind of distortion.
    Normalize:
If this is checked no overflow can occur because of calculations
Sequence
    Tempo
Defines the tempo for the delay and the sequence.
Action
    Calculate
This calculates the desired Sequence according to the parameters you specified.
